What is recorded here

Indicated is a ruined cashel in County Galway, its stones collapsed beside a stream and hidden beneath scrubland. The site may have been a farming boundary or a forgotten home, but human life has vanished from the rocks. What remains is a ghost of a circle, waiting for someone to notice the shape beneath the decay.

Beside a stream, in an area of scrubland. Very poorly preserved subcircular cashel (N-S 38.35m) defined by a much-collapsed drystone wall overlain at W by a modern field wall.
