What is recorded here

Indicated is a circular earthen ringfort atop a natural rise in County Cork, Ireland. Its eroded bank stands 1.4 metres high on the north and east, while stone boundaries mark the south and west. Cultivation ridges still cross the interior, suggesting the land remained alive long after the fort fell quiet.

In pasture, atop natural rise. Circular raised area (30m N-S; 31m E-W) enclosed by eroded earthen bank (H 1.4m) to N and E; stone field boundary to S and W.
