What is recorded here

Indicated is a worn circular fort on a Galway slope, its earth bank broken by quarrying and time. It may have held herds, tools or frightened people when the land was younger. What is left is a shallow dish in grassland, large enough to walk around and quiet enough to forget.

On N-facing slope of a rise in grassland. Poorly preserved roughly circular rath (D c. 45m) defined by a bank and external fosse. The bank is present from SE through S to W, and a scarp forms the enclosing element from N through E to SE. The fosse survives at S. Quarrying has disturbed the monument at NW.
