Indicated is a fairy fort in County Cavan, Ireland. A round stone wall still stands on three sides, enclosing a grassy circle wide enough for thirty-nine paces across. The missing wall does not look like damage; it looks like an invitation. People may have lived inside, feared inside, or pointed at it when warning others to leave the field alone.

Raised circular area (int. diam. c. 39m) enclosed by a largely denuded drystone wall which is well preserved from ESE-SE-S and is fragmentary elsewhere. An earlier report (OPW 1969) suggested that the original entrance may have been at N and noted indications of a small lean-to structure in the form of remains of a bank of earth and stones inside the wall at SSE. The entrance to the lean-to was at NNW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cavan' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1995).
