Indicated is a subcircular stone ringfort in County Clare, Ireland, where a stony earthen bank still holds a shallow bowl of land beside rough pasture. Its west edge preserves the original broad bank, while later field walls and clearance mounds have changed the rest. The site sits near an old wedge tomb, suggesting people have marked, used and remembered this small circle for a very long time.

In low-lying rough pastureland within a field system (CL009-059001-); a ridge rises c. 50m to the S. Indicated on the 1897 OS 25-inch map and the 1916 edition of the OS 6-inch map. Listed as enclosure in the RMP (1996). A subcircular area (dims. 31.3m E-W; 29.2m N-S crest to crest) is defined by a stony earthen bank that is topped with a drystone field wall from NW to E to SW. A roughly N-S running field boundary cuts across it at NW and SW. The original bank (Wth 3.5m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.3m) is well preserved to the W of the latter wall. Elsewhere it has been altered by the addition of the drystone wall and clearance. The level of the interior is lower than the external ground level (at E: bank Wth 3.2m; int. H 1.1m; ext. H 0.6m). In the N sector, three or four overgrown spoil mounds (diam. 5-6m; H 1.5m) are likely the result of clearance. A farm trackway skirts the site from E to S.
