What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Mayo, an earthen ring where human history thins into myth. Its name suggests direction, as if the land itself pointed someone toward vision or danger. The clay may have held a household, a boundary marker or a warning, but that much has faded. What remains is a circle waiting to be read, patient enough to tolerate ignorance and generous enough to reward attention.
