What is recorded here

Marked as an oval field (dims c. 40m NW-SE; c. 30m NE-SW) only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a gentle NE-facing slope. This is an oval garden defined by a drystone wall (Wth 0.55m; H 0.6m) attached to a derelict farmhouse. It has been removed since 1996 (OSi aerial image 2005).
