What is recorded here

Indicated is a ruined ecclesiastical enclosure on a sunny Galway slope, its wide circle marked only by a low bank and shallow ditch. Cattle graze inside the broken ring while field boundaries cut through the ancient earth. A nearby ringfort and scattered sacred stones suggest people once gathered there to pray, trade or remember before forgetting.

On S-facing slope in pastureland. A large circular enclosure (D 127m), in poor condition, defined by a low bank and external fosse (Wth 4m). A field boundary overlies the bank from W to N and another cuts the monument at N and S. A CBG (GA045-011----) is associated and there is a broken bullaun in NW quadrant.
