In pasture, on S-facing slope. Roughly rectangular area (39m NW-SE; 29m NE-SW) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.7m) with external fosse (D 0.2m; max. Wth 3.5m). Bank heavily eroded by animal activity on E and S sides. Field boundary skirts fosse on NW side.
