What is recorded here
Indicated is a fairy fort in County Mayo, Ireland. Its earthworks still stand where human hands shaped them, though the names of those hands have faded. The fort belongs to the region’s long memory of settlement and story. It is the kind of place where ordinary life became legend because people stopped repeating the truth and started repeating the wonder.
