Indicated is a barrel-vaulted tower house in County Kildare, swallowed by the north corner of a later 17th-century house. Its rubble walls still stand 1.2m thick, enclosing a narrow rectangular chamber where a blocked loop and old doorways hint at guarded days before the larger building forgot them. The tower did not disappear; it became a room, a corner, a hidden foundation for domestic life.

Incorporated into the N corner of a later, 17th-century house. A barrel-vaulted rectangular structure (int. 8.7m NNE-SSE; 3.6m ESE-WNW) is built of rubble masonry (wall T. 1.2m) without a base batter. A square-headed doorway at the N end of the ESE sidewall, currently giving access to the later building, may be original, while a wider doorway in the WNW sidewall appears to be a later insertion.
