What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Kerry, Ireland, where an earthen bank and scarp enclose old farm machinery and a possible underground passage. The circle sits forty metres west of Caherdean House, large enough for people to move through but shaped like a place that remembers being hidden. Trees break the line of the bank at irregular intervals, as if the fort keeps its own private rhythm instead of waiting for someone to explain it.

In pasture, on high ground c. 40m W of Caherdean House. A circular area (32m E-W; 27m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.65m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.5m) W-E and by a scarp (H 1.4m) E-W. Trees are situated at irregular intervals along the bank and the scarp. There are some deciduous trees in the level interior which is occupied by old farm machinery.
