Indicated

Fairy fort / earthen ringfort

What is recorded here

Indicated is an earthen ringfort in County Mayo, Ireland, where a simple ridge of soil still marks the boundary of a lost home. It may have sheltered a family, stored grain or witnessed ordinary lives before forgetting claimed the names of its people. The earth remembers pressure and shape long after tongues disappear, suggesting the fort remained a living anchor rather than a dead ruin.
