Killeencormack Grave Yard

At a children’s burial ground (MA048-057002-) located on a headland on the SE shoreline of Lough Con. This church is recorded in the 1838 OS Letters as follows: 'In Runakilleen townland there was formerly a little church called Cillín Cormaic - Cellula Cormaci, of which it is said no portion remains at present. There is still a burying place for children there. Runakilleen –Ruan A Cillín, signifies the point of the little church, i.e. a point of land on which a little church stood, whence the name of the townland’ (O’Flanagan 1927, 27 (12)).
