What is recorded here
In pasture, encompassing a low rise, thickly obscured by gorse and brambles.
A small circular feature (diam. 10-15m) is shown on the 1838 and 1916 OS 6-inch maps.
The remains consist of a low irregular-shaped rise, which has the appearance of a natural gravel deposit. There is an area of quarrying on the N side. The engulfing thicket of overgrowth impeded inspection.
