What is recorded here

Indicated is a broken ring of stones in Galway grassland, wide enough for forty paces across and narrow enough to forget. A later field wall straddles most of the circle, but the western and northern edges still show the old drystone line. The fort has lost its sharp shape to rain and farming, yet it remains a visible mark of human patience on level ground.

In level grassland. A poorly preserved circular cashel (D 48.5m) defined by a drystone wall which is overlain by a field wall except from W to N.
