In quarry, surrounded by woodland. Random-rubble walls (6.6m SW-NE; c. 6m NW-SE) encase core. Front elevation (H 5m) faces SW; arched recess (H 2.8m; Wth 2.2m; D c. 1.95m), vertical back wall supported by lintel, lower portion of rear collapsed and filled with core material. Depression on top indicates position of funnel; earthen ramp to rear.
