
What is recorded here
Situated on level ground overlooking a short steep SE drop to a stream in recently improved pasture (previously scrubby terrain). Marked as a large circular enclosure on the 1838 OS 6-inch map (max. diam. c. 80m), and on the current edition as an irregular polygonal field. Not visible at ground level.
