Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballinvally (leyny By., Carrownaskeagh Ed), County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies pasture near the base of a south-facing slope and contains a large horizontal slab at the break of grade. The slightly raised circular area measures about thirty metres across and retains an earthen bank that incorporates scattered stones.

In pasture, near the base of a S-facing slope. A slightly raised circular area (diam. c. 30m) enclosed by an earthen bank incorporating some stones. The bank (Wth 2.8m; int. H 1.95m; ext. H 0.5m) is best evident along the N arc while along the S arc it is low internally but substantial (ext. H 2.8m) externally. The N half of the interior is level and, while the S portion is raised to compensate for the hillslope, it retains a slope down to S. In the centre at the break of slope is a large horizontal slab, probably a lintel from a possible Man-made underground passage (SL025-023001-).
