What is recorded here
On a hillock in grassland. Marked on the 1933 edition of the OS 6-inch map as subcircular enclosure (c. 37m NW-SE; c. 33m NE-SW). On inspection in July 1984 only an irregularly shaped low rise was visible. However, its outline is clearly visible on the OSi digitalglobe aerial photograph.
