Situated c. 30m from the NW shore of subractangular Cornacarta Lough (dims. c. 700m NW-SE; c. 300m NE-SW). Circular overgrown island (diam. 15m; H 0.5m) of earth and stone with the remains of a collapsed timber palisade visible in the water around the perimeter. The foundations of a rectangular house site (RO003-015002-) (dims. 3m E-W plus; 2m N-S plus) defined by the base of two walls (Wth 1m; H 0.3m) are also visible at the S edge.
