What is recorded here
That is a beautiful place. The story is not clear in the available facts.
A small hut site. It is built of drystone walling, circular in plan, with internal measurements of 3m N-S and 3.8m E-W. The walls survive to a maximum height of 0.8m and width of 0.5m. The narrow entrance is to the northwest and, unusually, the southern wall extends for 1.3m beyond the entrance, possibly providing shelter from the weather.
