What is recorded here

No visible hut remains, only a shallow circular scar in the grass where a wooden wall once stood. The platform is eleven metres across, raised slightly above the surrounding field, and sits inside the larger rath at Thomastown. A road bank now cuts through its north-west edge, trimming the circle like a bitten coin. Whatever lived there has vanished, but the ground still holds the shape of its absence.

Situated on a rise in a low-lying undulating landscape and inside the perimeter of rath (ME015-052----) at SW. This is a circular grass-covered platform (diam. of top 11m NE-SW) defined by a scarp (H 0.3-0.7m). The perimeter at NW is truncated by a NE-SW road bank.
