In rough hill pasture, on a NE-facing slope of Tooth Mountain and within a network of relict field boundaries (KE108-055----). The remains of a D-shaped hut site (2m N-S) defined by the lower course of collapsed, curving drystone wall (T c. 0.55m; H 0.45m) and by a straight S side (L 2.45m), formed by the vertical face of outcropping rock. The lower course stones protrude above the bog. Many stones along the E wall are set upright at right-angles to the line of the wall. The stones in the W wall are mainly prostrate. An E-W section of a relict wall from the network of field walls lies immediately to the N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
