What is recorded here

In rough pasture, on a N-facing slope. The remains of an oval hut site (5.5m N-S; 3.6m E-W) defined by a collapsed, moss-covered, drystone wall (T 0.65m; H 0.5m) which protrudes above the surface of shallow bog. Large stones were noted in the lower courses of the drystone wall. Rubble is embedded in the level interior and along the perimeter of the hut site externally. There is a collapsed entrance (Wth c. 0.5m) at NW. A relict field boundary (KE064-024002-) abuts the hut site at N and S.
