No wall footing is visible, but the flat top and wider base mark a deliberate shelter on the karst limestone. It sits beside another hut and a cairn within a large field system, suggesting a small cluster of human activity rather than a lonely mistake. The absence of walls does not erase the shape; it simply returns the building to the ground it used.

On level ground in an area of grass and karst limestone in rough pasture, within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-059001-), with a shallow N-S ravine c. 55m to the W. This oval/subrectangular hut site comprises a raised level area (dims. at top 5.6m E-W; 2.1m N-S; H 0.1-0.4m; dims. of base 6.4m E-W; 3.6m N-S). There is no clear evidence of wall-footing.
