In the outer edge of a cashel (SL038-110001-) wall at NW and in the SE part of a field system (SL038-110005-). The remains of a rectangular hut (5m N-S; 2.5m E-W), defined by very low wall-footings, which was noted in 1985 (SMR (1989) file) is no longer evident. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Sligo' compiled by Ursula Egan, Elizabeth Byrne, Mary Sleeman with Sheila Ronan and Connie Murphy (Dublin Stationery Office, 2005).
