Hut site in Gortloughra

In rough hill grazing, on a heather and rush-covered terrace on a N-facing slope. The remains of a D-shaped hut site (3.1m N-S) defined by a partially collapsed, curving, drystone wall (T 0.65m; H 1.1m) with a straight N side (L 4.3m). The wall is best preserved SW-N. The entrance (Wth 0.6m) is at the S. Rubble is scattered on the level interior. Another hut site (CO092-063002-) is c. 25m to the S.
