Hut site in Coomclogh

In rough hill grazing, on a terrace on the S-facing slopes of the Shehy Mountains and within an enclosure (CO092-075002-). The remains of a D-shaped hut site (1.4m N-S) defined by the jumbled lower courses of a curving stone wall (T 0.4m; H 0.3m) with a straight S side (L 2m) which abuts the inner face of the enclosure at the WSW and another hut site (CO092-075004-) at N. The stone wall protrudes above the surface of the bog. The hut site lies within a network of relict field boundaries (CO092-075001-).
