Hut site in Glantrasna

In rough hill pasture, on a SW-facing slope, to the N of a tributary of the Glantrasna River. The remains of a D-shaped hut site (1.9m N-S) defined by the lower courses of a curving drystone wall (T c. 0.6m; H 0.4m) with a straight N side (L 2.4m E-W). Large stones in the N wall are haphazardly set against a natural scarp. The drystone wall is grass covered. There is an entrance (Wth 0.55m) at S. The hut site is built-up (H 0.2m) externally at S, creating a level interior. There is another hut site (KE109-037002-) immediately to the N.
