In rough hill pasture, on bog, within a network of relict field boundaries (CO091-017005-). The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 3.1m) defined by a jumbled stone wall (T 0.85m; H 0.4m) which protrudes above the surface of the bog. The interior of the hut site is covered with rubble. Another hut site (CO091-017003-) is c. 15m to the SE. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 5' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
