Deelish holds a rectangular hut site beside the eastern bank of a rath. Its stone foundations measure five metres north-south and six metres east-west, marking a small dwelling tucked against a larger defensive or ceremonial structure. The proximity suggests the hut served the rath, perhaps housing a keeper, worker or resident who watched the land.
