In rough undulating hill pasture, on a W-facing slope within a network of relict field boundaries (CO115-090001-). The remains of a circular hut site (diam 2m) defined by the collapsed lower courses of a stone wall (T 0.5m; H 0.4m) which protrude above the surface of the bog. A break (Wth 0.4m) at the N may indicate the entrance location. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 5' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
