What is recorded here

Carrigfadda ringfort in West Cork contains a circular hut site measuring 6.8 by 6.55 metres, marked by a low bank of earth and stone. The small dimensions suggest a private chamber rather than a grand hall, perhaps for birth, death or secret work. The bank still holds its shape because the ground remembered the hands that built it.
