What is recorded here

In a level area of pasture on the W bank of the Finnihy river. This hut is almost completely obscured by field clearance material and only a basal row of drystone masonry is visible at E. Overall dimensions of the site are 11.5m N-S x 9m E-W. The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J. Sheehan (compilers), 'The Iveragh peninsula: an archaeological survey of South Kerry'. Cork University Press (1996), no. 1124.
