Hut site in Baile Na Habha (tc Cill Chuáin)

On N bank of a small river on W slopes of Brandon mountain. A circular corbelled drystone hut located at the SE side of a D-shaped enclosure, 17 x 18.8m in external diameter, which is defined by only very fragmentary remains of a wall, and by a scarp, the interior being raised above the external ground level. The hut has 4 definite and 2 possible wall niches. D: 3.8m. H: 1.7m. Directly to west of the hut are vague traces of a possible 2nd hut KE034-020001-. The above description is derived from J.
