An Lios Dubh is a circular rath on wasted ground where a small hut still stands inside the ancient wall. The enclosure marks a place where people lived, loved and vanished before written memory.

Lisduff/An Lios Dubh: Roughly circular univallate rath KE044-042---- is situated about 150m N of KE044-041----, on level waste ground at the E side of a road. The grass-grown foundations of a circular hut site, 6.5m in diameter, occupy the centre of the enclosure. Some earthfast boulders, near the W edge of the interior, may mark the site of a 2nd hut.
