What is recorded here

Terraced two-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1885, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched corrugated-iron roof and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with raised render surrounds to upper floor openings. Segmental-arched openings to upper floors with timber sash windows and uPVC windows. Timber shopfront, c. 1990.
The scale and form of this former house make a notable and positive addition to the streetscape. The building forms part of an interesting terrace with the adjoining buildings to the east and west, and is enhanced by the retention of the timber sash windows and segmental-arched openings.
