Terraced single-bay three-storey house, built c. 1840, now also in use as retail outlet. Renovated, c. 1925, with timber pilaster shopfront inserted to ground floor having moulded consoles and dentilated moulded cornice, and render façade enrichments added including moulded architraves to window openings and decorative wrought-iron bracket. Pitched artificial slate roof with replacement rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with raised quoins with curvilinear edges. Painted stone sills to timber paired one-over-one pane sliding sash window at first floor and replacement timber casement windows to second floor. Timber four-pane display window with brass guard rails and timber double-leaf door with overlight to ground floor. Street frontage.
