Now in use as clinic and office. Pitched slate roof with rendered eaves course, chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls throughout having rendered quoins to front elevation. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills and raised render surrounds throughout, having replacement one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills to box-bay and shopfront, having recent fixed timber-framed display windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement double-leaf timber battened doors and overlight to front elevation.
Built as one of a pair with the adjoining house to the east, this pair makes a notable contribution to the streetscape. Its scale and form is keeping with the buildings in the central commercial core, and adds to the historic centre's character and charm.
