Terraced three-bay four-storey over basement house, c. 1825, with projecting porch with limestone steps up added, c. 1900; moulded surround to door, timber sash windows and cast iron railings to front; slate hipped roof and rendered walls; annexe to rear.
Large south facing building with steps up to the main entrance from the pavement and original etched coloured glass to the porch. Other important details retained are the timber sash windows and cast iron railings.
