Terraced three-bay three-storey house, c. 1845, with wide roof soffit and dormer extension; round-headed doorway having Ionic timber doorcase and fanlight; slate pitched roof and painted rendered walls.
One of an intact terrace, which although altered in terms of fenestration and roofline retains its proportions and timber doorcase and is situated on an elevated and prominent site.
