End-of-terrace three-bay three-storey house, c. 1845, with wide roof soffit, dormer extension and round-headed door opening; pitched slate roof and painted rendered walls.
First building in an intact terrace, which although altered in terms of fenestration and roofline retains its proportions and is situated on an elevated and prominent site.
