Terraced single-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1850, until recently in use as retail outlet. Pitched artificial slate roof with concrete barging to party wall, nap rendered chimneystack and galvanised gutter. Painted lined-and-ruled cement rendered walls. Paired six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows with dividing timber mullion and painted concrete sills to upper floors. Fixed timber window with metal grille and timber panelled door with toplight to ground floor, surrounded by timber pilaster and entablature shopfront. Security alarm attached to first floor window mullion.
