Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1820, as part of a terrace of four. Box-bay window addition to front (north) elevation. Pitched slate roof with brick chimneystacks. Exposed rubble limestone walls having brick plat band. Square-headed openings with render surrounds, chamfered edges, painted sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Box-bay window comprising chamfered render pilasters and moulded cornice with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash window. Square-headed opening with render surround, chamfered edges, overlight and timber panelled door. Rubble limestone boundary walls having cast-and wrought-iron railings and square-profile piers with single-leaf cast-and wrought-iron gate.

This house constitutes part of a fine terrace, which forms a substantial group of well-proportioned houses that retain their original aspect and massing. It retains many interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows, box bay window and slate roof.
