Pitched slate roof with red brick chimney stacks. Plinth wall to basement area. Two bays of lower floors to right obscured by mid twentieth-century flat-roofed retail outlet attached to neighbour to right.

An imposing, well-articulated and balanced house retaining many significant features, prominently located in the centre of Lucan village.
