Semi-detached five-bay two-storey over basement house, c.1820. Roughcast rendered walls with timber sash windows. Round-headed doorway with uPVC door approached by flight of steps. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimney stacks. Plinth wall to basement area. Two bays of lower floors to right obscured by mid twentieth-century flat-roofed retail outlet attached to neighbour to right.
An imposing, well-articulated and balanced house retaining many significant features, prominently located in the centre of Lucan village.
