Terraced single-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1885, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched artificial slate roof with uPVC rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with platband at sill level and having channelled rendered walls to ground floor. Paired timber sliding sash windows with moulded decorative render surrounds to upper floors. Modern glazed shopfront c. 2002.
