Terraced two-bay four-storey late-Georgian house, c. 1825; one of a pair, in use as offices with annexes to rear, flat-roofed attic section, c. 1970, and extensions to front and rear, having brick façade in Flemish bond, rendered reveals to openings, painted render finish to ground floor and rubbed brick arches to openings, retaining timber sliding sash windows and round headed door opening with timber panelled entrance door, plain fanlight and decorative pilasters; street frontage.
Although having some alterations, this well maintained late-Georgian building retains significance as part of composite group of buildings retaining similar scale and massing, and for its interior rating.
