What is recorded here
Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c.1840, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched roof with rendered chimneystacks and replacement uPVC rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls. Diminishing square-headed window openings with render sills and two-over-two timber sliding sash windows.
A handsome house forming part of an historic terrace in the town centre. Its scale, form and proportions are in keeping with the buildings to the east and west. The lined-and-ruled rendered walls and timber sliding sash windows add character to both building and streetscape.
