Attached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1790. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and limestone sills. Round-headed opening with overlight and timber panelled door. Limestone threshold to entrance.

Fine house enlivened by the diminishing windows, a characteristic feature of Georgian architecture. Its simple form is in keeping with and makes a positive contribution to the streetscape.
